The FOFA Gallery is excited to invite you to our two newest exhibitions, Tidelines [Lignes de marée] + HYBRID CONDITION: TURBO.
Our point with this exhibit is to address issues of global concern, but with a localized significance. The subjects focused on are mental health struggles in South Asia, the effects of climate change in Karachi in Pakistan, the sexism indoctrinated in Indian culture, physical and mental health issues in Vietnamese society, and poverty in Cambodia.

The Concordia Research and Education for Athletic Therapy Excellence (CREATE) Conference is the only academic oriented event in Canada specifically designed to host both professional and student researchers to disseminate their knowledge creation and network among peers in the field of athletic therapy.
Classrooms reflect the world in which we live and represent the diversity within. By implementing inclusive teaching practices, instructors can create learning environments in which all students feel like they belong, can learn at high levels, and reach their true potential. To support instructors in creating inclusive learning environments, this presentation will introduce several inclusive teaching practices that can be immediately used to benefit all students.
Iron Aura is an MFA thesis exhibition presented by MFA candidate Tanea Hynes at Concordia University. This photo-based exhibition examines the aura of open-pit iron mining, which encompasses a complex social culture and profound relationships between workers and the land.

Celonis is hosting a three-day conference to develop process mining expertise across Toronto (May 21st), Ottawa (May 22nd), and Montreal (May 23rd). Process mining can be implemented within academia, research, and industry.
The purpose of this interest group is to support faculty in applying or improving their application of contemplative practices in their classroom to promote well-being and a compassionate classroom, to further course goals, and to support learning. We will be meeting regularly for discussion, exploration and guided practice to get first-hand experience with different practices; experimenting to receive peer feedback; inviting members to lead thematic sessions; and potentially co-creating resources to support our practices.
