In this follow-up to Part 1, we will dig into the first phase of project management to explore, practice, and get feedback on our contracting skills. Managing the contracting phase of project management involves clarifying the goals, timelines, or and expectations about roles and responsibilities on the project.

This workshop will provide a framework that can be applied across industries to ensure your projects flourish, and help you develop agility in adapting to new challenges and opportunities. You will learn about and practice the essential elements of the contracting phase of a project in order to ensure you and your peers, teammates, supervisors and clients are all completely on the same page before you embark on a new project.

Facilitator: Megan Webster, B.A.H., B.Ed, M.A., and PhD
